Welcome to Powlinks. Powlinks is a service provided by Robert McConnell Productions.

By using this service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This is a legal agreement between PowLinks/Robert McConnell Productions and you. Please read this carefully before registering for this service. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not register or delete your account (if you have already done so). Yoy may do this at anytime. Such modifications will be effective upon posting. Your continued use will be considered to have agreed the amended version and bound by its terms.

Edibility and Representation:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older to become a user of this service or to become a paying member. The content posted on your account is posted by you and that means that you are the sole author of the posted information.

Registration and Subscription:
Registration and adding your web sites links is free. You may upgrade your link for extra features such as bold title and a description of your service.. Registration and subscriptions is only available to people and organizations within the United States at this time.

Account Information:
As part of the registration process you are asked to enter your business or personal information. Your login information must be kept private and should not be used by anyone else. You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the service. You may change your password at anytime you think your account is no longer secure.

Using The Service:
PowLinks has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption, or failure to store any content on your account. By using our services you acknowledge that features and other services may be changed without notice.

Inactive Accounts and links:
You are required to login the PowLinks at least once a year. If your account is inactive for one year and you are not a subscriber, your account and links will be deleted. You will receive an email upon deletion to remind you.

Service Fees:
We reserve the right to charge a fee for any of the services provided on PowLinks at any time. You will be notified of these changes prior to the change in service.

Content and Prohibited Use:
By setting up an account on PowLinks, we may monitor, review, and delete any content published by you. You are sole responsible for all content posted on your account. The link that you are posting must be your own.

Privacy:
Your privacy is taken seriously. We collect your information at registration for membership.

This information is collected for:

Establishing and maintaining a responsible commercial relationship with you and providing on going service
Some of your information can tell us how to better serve you in designing our services
Meeting legal and regulatory requirements
Billing operations
Your information will not be sold, rented or disclosed to any third party

We may disclose personal information about you to third parties when:

We have your consent
When needed to provide you the service
Responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes
Your actions violating the Terms of Use
Your information is protected in our secure database of which only we have access to.

Sensitive data is encrypted and scrambled. You may edit or delete your information in your profile at any time.

Disclaimer:
PowLinks not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the web site. We are not responsible for any conduct of any users at any time during or after a member terminates the account. We are not responsible for any technical malfunctions of servers, internet connections, traffic congestion, delay of data transfer, coding errors in the web site or a users personal computer hardware, software, or data. Our services is provided on a "as is" basis and we cannot guarantee or promise that any user will achieve any specific results from using the service.

Termination:
In the event your account is terminates you shall not be entitled to nor shall we be liable for any refund of unused portion of any subscription payments received from you, and may continue to bar your use of the service in the future. Even after termination, this agreement shall remain in effect.
